At a very young age, all he wanted was chicken nuggets and ketchup. He would eat corn and a few other veggies, but it was like pulling teeth getting him to try new foods. For the first few years of his life, he simply would not eat meat.
I came up with a great idea that worked really well for us. SThe whole family had to grow a garden together. My son jumped at the chance to dig in dirt and plant seeds.
